When Renee and I started Buck the Builder, we were astonished by the low expectations many homeowners had for remodelers. We decided right then that our mission wouldn’t just be “quality construction” it would be customer service.

It’s not just the finished product (though I do have a soft spot for custom cabinetry!). My favorite projects aren’t defined by the tile we chose or the layout of the kitchen. My favorite projects are the ones where, at the final walkthrough, the client tells me they actually enjoyed the process.
