Small Pool of Contractors for Every Trade
Many general contractors will “shop around” for different subcontractors for your project, choosing whichever tradesman will charge them the lowest amount, while potentially justifying the higher cost to you. Our subcontractors know that all of our projects are theirs, as long as they continue to produce high quality results. The loyalty and mutual respect between us and our subcontractors sets us apart from other remodelers.
In-House Carpenters
They complete all of the demo, framing, cabinet build & installation, trim carpentry, and hardware installation on our projects. As you can imagine, having all of these elements of a project performed in-house, where we can set their schedule, significantly helps us keep our projects on schedule.
Community-Focused
