Katie purchased this builder-grade home in Bryan and wanted to make it a place that inspired her. Katie is anything but beige: she is colorful and full of LIFE: but her home wasn’t.
Since her flooring spanned throughout nearly her entire home… changing it would have been a huge expense that Katie wanted to save for a later project. So, we kept the existing footprint so we could maintain her flooring. We removed all of her existing cabinets and built new, custom cabinets, topped with a quartz countertop and custom laid penny tile backsplash. We removed the original, shallow and barely functional pantry, and built a new custom cabinet to maximize her storage.
Katie had a vision and we helped her stick to it! She says her kitchen makes her feel joyful every morning she wakes up and gets to make her coffee in it. We can’t think of a better compliment!
