Layout design and spatial planning made all the difference in this bathroom! Glenn and Melissa came to us with a bathroom that they knew had wasted space, but they didn’t know how to make it better. After their initial free consultation, we came up with the idea of this wet room. When we pitched the idea to them, they loved it, and we started our detailed project development and design process. Rotating the tub 90 degrees and shortening the vanity allowed us to create a wet room which met their #1 project goal: a larger shower. And I must say, now when you walk in their bathroom, it doesn’t feel like there’s a bunch of wasted space at all. Each corner feels purposeful, and not to mention, much more beautiful!
Our design-build approach was definitely the answer for these clients. They needed help with not only spatial design, but aesthetics as well. They knew they wanted warm neutrals, but other than that, did not have much aesthetic direction. We helped them select everything from tile, paint colors, fixtures, mirror sizes, plumbing placement, grout lines… the list goes on! Our in house consulting design ensured they ended up with a space they love and one that reflects the aesthetics in the rest of the home, too! And I must say, the olive green cabinets with this green beige tile is another favorite material combo 🙌
