- Electrical & Plumbing: Moving major appliances means a complete electrical and plumbing overhaul. We reworked all of the electrical and added new plumbing, including the highly-coveted luxury of a pot filler near the range.

Lindsay and her husband decided to take on some of the project themselves in an effort to manage costs and maintain involvement. This work included managing and completing some of the finish items, specifically the painting and tile installation.
While we provided as much guidance regarding the finish work as we possibly could, this project served as a perfect, real-world example of the difference a professional, end-to-end service makes. Trying to coordinate timelines, quality, and material logistics between professional trades and personal efforts can introduce stress, delays, and unexpected complications that a general contractor is hired to prevent.
