Dean & Tina set out to transform their 1990s kitchen into a space that feels both elevated and timeless. By maintaining the existing footprint—which already made the most of the available square footage—we were able to focus on a complete visual and material upgrade. The result is a fully custom kitchen featuring new cabinetry and thoughtfully layered finishes. White quartz countertops (Citrine Quartz), a deep green backsplash (Rondine Soho tile in Emerald) with coordinated wall color (BM Garden Oasis), and stone-look tile flooring (Unicom Starker Board Tile in Paper), all come together to fully update this kitchen!

A key consideration in this project—common in many kitchen remodels—was that the adjacent living area would remain unchanged. Our goal was to ensure the new kitchen felt fresh and refined while still seamlessly connected to the existing space. Through a careful balance of paint selections and transitional design elements, we created cohesion across the open-concept layout. The custom vent hood stain was matched to echo the tones of the living room’s wood flooring, while warm pink-beige wall colors were chosen to complement the existing fireplace brick. Bronze cabinet hardware and lighting were introduced to tie in with the home’s existing dark bronze accents, reinforcing a sense of continuity throughout.
